About Website Creation at CB Marketing Boutique

1. The client must provide all necessary content for the website before the project begins, including text, images, and logos, and is responsible for ensuring that the content is original and free of copyright.

2. The agency is not responsible for processing images or videos submitted by the client. If this work is requested, it will be carried out for an additional fee.

3. Any changes requested by the client outside of the rules established by the agency will be charged as an additional service.

4. The agency will not be responsible for any website malfunctions or security issues resulting from modifications made by the client.

5. The client must ensure that all information provided to the agency is accurate and up-to-date, and must inform the agency immediately of any relevant changes after the final delivery of the project.

6. In the event of project cancellation by the client, the agency will charge the full contract amount, as agreed between the parties.

7. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

a) SEO is preliminary work done by our writing team before the website launches.

b) It involves several hours of online research, competitor analysis, and research into keywords relevant to the business as a whole.

c) Text changes requested by the client will be made, but it is important to be aware that these changes may affect SEO scores. d) Our team is not responsible for content created or modified by the client and does not flag errors, even if they are crucial for Google ranking.

8. Layouts:

a) Our layouts take into account recent research on interactive design, average time spent on the site by customers, main search topics, most searched answers for the business in the last 12 months, average length of text read by consumers within the sector, text layout, among others.

b) All optimization is done with the goal of attracting consumers through organic searches in the long term and increasing conversions.

c) Changes to the layout requested by the client will be made, but we are not responsible for the ranking results or conversion difficulties.

9. Delivery time and changes:

a) The deadline for website delivery is 40 business days after the client submits all information, images, and videos.

b) The client has the right to request layout and text adjustments for the entire website; all adjustments must be made within the same document. c) Additional changes will be charged hourly according to our current hourly rate schedule, after an estimate of the working hours has been approved by the client. All changes must be submitted in writing in a single document.

10. The deadline for making changes to the website is 15 business days.

11. Final adjustments:

a) Grammatical correction is the final step in delivering the website, done after client approval.

b) Final adjustments and checks take up to 10 business days to complete.

c) The website is fully responsive and requires testing and adjustments by the team before final delivery.

d) Adjustments will only be made after desktop approval.
